• Business Profile Data: Business names, product catalogs, knowledge base files (PDFs, images, text), and system instructions.
• Billing Information: We collect transaction IDs (TrxID), payment methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and payment amounts. Note: We do not process or store direct credit/debit card numbers.

B. Information from Third-Party Integrations (Meta & Couriers)

• Meta (Facebook & WhatsApp) Data: When you connect your Facebook Pages or WhatsApp Business Accounts via OAuth, we securely store your Access Tokens, Page IDs, and WABA IDs.
• Customer Messages: To provide our AI reply services, we process incoming messages, comments, and attachments sent by your customers to your connected social media channels.
• Order Fulfillment Data: We collect customer shipping details (Name, Phone, Address, Invoice amount) provided in chat to sync with delivery partners like Steadfast and Pathao.

C. Automatically Collected Data

• Usage Data & Analytics: We log your IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction data within our dashboard (e.g., login times, features used).
• Conversation Logs: We maintain a history of conversations, including AI-generated replies and human-agent takeovers, to calculate token usage and provide analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

1. To Provide the Service: To automate replies, moderate comments, manage orders, and facilitate courier entries.
2. To Power AI Models: We process your product data, knowledge files, and inbound customer messages through Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate accurate responses.
3. To Process Payments: To verify bKash/Nagad transactions and apply usage credits to your account.
4. To Improve Our Platform: To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and enhance AI accuracy and system performance.
5. To Communicate With You: To send important notices, system updates, low-credit alerts, and support responses.

3. How We Share and Disclose Data

We do not sell your personal or customer data. We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to operate Aireply24:

• AI Providers (Sub-processors): Customer messages and your business knowledge base are sent securely to our AI partners (e.g., Google Gemini/Vertex AI, OpenAI via OpenRouter) to generate replies. These providers are restricted from using this API data to train their public public models.
• Meta Platforms: We push messages and updates back to Facebook and WhatsApp via their official Graph APIs.
• Courier Services: If you use our order management feature, customer shipping details are transmitted securely to delivery partners like Steadfast via API.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We implement strict security measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted Tokens: All third-party Access Tokens (Meta APIs) and Courier API Keys (Steadfast/Pathao) are encrypted at rest in our database using advanced Fernet encryption.
• Secure Infrastructure: All data is transmitted over secure SSL/TLS connections.
• Access Control: Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel necessary to maintain the system.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We retain your account data and conversation history as long as your account is active to provide historical analytics and context for the AI.
• Deletion: If you choose to delete your business profile or account, your data is marked for deletion. Files, products, and chat histories are permanently purged from our servers within 30 days of the deletion request.
• Meta Disconnect: If you delete a business profile, we automatically send a request to Meta to unsubscribe our webhooks from your Facebook Page/WhatsApp account.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access & Export: View or export your customer orders and analytics from the Aireply24 dashboard.
• Update: Modify your personal information, API keys, or knowledge base at any time.
• Revoke Access: You can disconnect your Facebook or WhatsApp accounts at any time from your Aireply24 settings or directly through your Meta Business settings.
• Delete: Request full deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Use of Cookies

We use session cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your active business profile, and ensure platform security (e.g., CSRF protection). You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but this will limit your ability to use the Aireply24 dashboard.
